We are hiring for a HR Coordinator to support our HR Team and wider Andor team in Belfast and across EMEA.  This role is integral within the HR function and will support the full employee life cycle including administering the recruitment, on-boarding, probation, absence management and employee relations processes. 


The HR Coordinator will have:


  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grades A-C or NVQ level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification
  • 1 year previous experience in an administration (HR, project or general administration) role which can include previous placement experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Experience using databases


This permanent position is based at our Belfast headquarters hybrid working model.  Closing date for receipt of completed applications is midnight on Wednesday 26th September 2023.
