Sales Operations Manager

We are hiring for a Sales Operations Manager who will report directly into the US-based Global Director of Sales and Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering effective Sales Operations and improvements that contribute to the global sales strategy of three business segments: Life Science, Physical Science and OEM.

 

The Sales Operations Manager will ensure best practice is adopted across the global Sales organisation, enhancing the internal and external customer experience. The Manager is responsible for business intelligence (comprehensive sales data and analytics), management of the global demonstration inventory and sales order management for the UK, EMEA & ESEA regions. They will also contribute to best practice solutions applicable to organizational development for all regions globally.

 

The Sales Operations Manager will have:

  • Degree
  • 5 years’ experience within a multinational organisation in a similar role
  • Experience leading an effective team (performance-to-objectives)
  • Understanding of Sales Operations in a B2B environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to lead and support multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience identifying opportunities to improve process (and/or profitability), and planning/implementing change
