About the Opportunity:

This is a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who can leverage various platforms to analyze and provide insight on the performance of various groups and efforts including, but not limited to, sales and service performance, marketing effectiveness, and fiscal performance as they relate to business objectives.   This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of growth initiatives, , the tracking of  initiative performance metrics, and be a key contributor to the optimization of  business processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Use data and campaign analytics to achieve the strongest possible ROI against organizational growth and revenue targets 
•    Perform  initiative analytics against KPI targets throughout each stage of the buyer’s journey and marketing/sales funnel 
•    Diagnose areas for improvement and identify recommendations for improved ROI 
•    Drive a data-driven approach to achieve growth 
•    Own Marketing ROI against revenue targets– 
•    Analyze sales pipeline, by BU, region, and segment to identify areas of opportunity and risk against annual goals  
•    Identify areas to refine  business processes, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and scalability
•    Produce regular reporting with analysis, key learnings, and recommendation for improvement both short and long term
•     Business Automation and similar tools 
•    Regularly deep dive into  initiative performance issues to determine the root cause and partner with stakeholders for resolution
•    Track B2B industry integrated demand creation campaign and channel best practices 
•    Links marketing strategy to business objectives, revenue and growth goals 
•    Contribute to establishment of target marketing strategy KPIs and required resources for successful execution. 
 

About the Candidate:

The right candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of Marketing Operations experience in similar B2B technology industries; Strong integrated B2B marketing and analytics expertise and the ability to travel approximately 10-15% time is required. Our star candidate is a strategic and critical thinker, has strong collaboration and interpersonal communications skills, and is higly driven to acheive desired results; an academic and professional background in Material/Life Science Research is strongly preferred but not required.

•    Experience leveraging marketing and data analytics to drive performance that exceeds KPI goals 
•    Experience actively working with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics technology platforms as the primary job function 
•    Able to analyse campaign performance and identify areas to maximize marketing ROI 
•    Must be metrics-driven and analytical 
•    Ability to maintain strategic vision while driving short-term executional demands 
•    Regulatory development and presentation of marketing performance reporting with insights, key learnings, and recommendations 
•    Understanding of B2B lead generation, nurturing and management best practices through use of marketing automation technologies 
•    Ability to analyse and translate marketing analytics into strategic recommendation for go-to-market and sales pipeline planning 
•    Understanding of how to connect organizations financial performance to marketing results 
•    Exceptional project management and organizational skills
•    Marketing strategy and yearly marketing planning 
•    Strong operational and business acumen 
•    Proficiency at presenting in both small and group settings 
•    Highly organized with a strong affinity for detail.
•    Excellent communication skills in various formats (verbal, ppt, excel, etc.).
•    Comfortable presenting to and interacting with Senior Leaders in business units and regional sales
