The role: 

The successful candidate will be working as part of our established HR Team and will gain exposure to all areas across HR and Talent Acquisition. The High Wycombe team is formed of our HR Director, HR Business Partner, HR Advisor and Talent Acquisition Partner, who all collaborate closely with our international and Head Office HR and Talent teams. 

 

Some of the initiatives covered include (but are not limited to): 

  • Generalist HR: Supporting managers across the business to lead their teams with a focus on employee engagement and culture; supporting managers with continuous performance, employee relations cases, and wellbeing advice; supporting employees with their wellbeing, development and career aspirations, and benefits packages; managing the HR information system (HRIS) to gather people data and insights. 

  • Talent Acquisition: Management of the end-to-end recruitment process including supporting with and scheduling interviews, the sourcing of candidates, and the creation of employee role profiles; internal talent and succession mapping; market and competitor analysis; employee story generation and brand awareness.

  • A graduate with a 2:2 or above in Human Resources Management or a related degree such as Psychology, Business Management etc.
