The Opportunity

 

As an Inside Channel Partner you will be responsible for providing commercial and support interface between our OEM partners and the NanoAnalysis field sales management and the Product Development, Operations and Commercial departments inside the NanoAnalysis High Wycombe facility

 

About You

 

The Inside Channel Partner will ideally have the following skill/attributes:

 

  • Degree level desirable in the sciences
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate at multiple levels in external and internal organisations
  • An understanding of EDX/EBSD and electron microscopy desirable
  • Commercial financial skills. Basic understanding of revenue and margin and preparation of business cases
  • Customer focused with demonstrable skills driving projects through to conclusion
  • Fully competent with Microsoft Office PowerPoint/Word/Excel
  • Communicates, and motivates effectively, providing support and engaging people on an emotional level.

 

 

Key responsibilities for the Inside Channel Partner

 

  • Partner Commercial interface – Thermo/KLA/Zeiss
    1. Order tracking, deliveries, scheduling & RMA
    2. Coordinating and working with key stakeholders on information requests e.g. Invoice queries, technical queries
    3. Regular meetings/communication – being the first point of contact
  • Expediter/interface for Global Sales Managers into factory
  • Expediter/interface for OEM product and delivery enquiries into factory
  • NPI support interface
    1. NPI projects – Working with the key account manager to coordinate of NPI activities product testing with OEM’s including provision of test equipment
    2. Supporting the key account manager on technical and commercial projects with OEM’s.
    3. Working with key account manager and product management team to deliver VOC
  • Managing Orders for B2B configurations
    1. Example - Smart PI, 3D, Mineralogic
    2. Completing tick sheets for B2B systems
    3. Order Entry to CSI
  • Creating Estimates for new partner configurations
  • Tracking and manage OEM B2B pricing and configurations
  • Management of Global OEM demo & application lab stock in OEM factory facilities including ensuring OEM apps get trained in use
  • Coordinating the preparation for Exhibitions (especially M&M where we and OEM’s launch new equipment)
  • Take personal responsibility for your own health and safety and for that of other stakeholders who will be affected by your actions and behaviour. Actively support our policies for health, safety and environmental protection. Adhere to company Health and Safety policy at all times.
  • Gatekeeper for due diligence on agents and distributors
  • Tracks due diligence reviews/approval dates and informs sales when due diligence needs renewing, chases the review forms etc..
  • Collates sanction check forms from sales, checks they have been completed correctly and signed by relevant parties.
  • Admin support for contracts
  • Assists sales with tender submissions, collating all necessary documents, insurance policies, checking/obtaining answers to some of the commercial terms
  • Supplier onboarding forms – completing and gathering documents, insurance policies etc…
