As part of our significant growth plans, we are hiring for a Regional Head of Sales for the EMEA region to join our Global Sales and Service team.  This position is of strategic and vital importance for Andor Technology and by extension to Oxford Instrumnets as the company looks to double the business in size within a 5-year cycle.  The Regional Head of Sales EMEA will directly contribute to our long run strategy and lead the regionalization of and execution upon that strategy in line with our Strategic Financial Plan (SFP). This is a key senior role that will have wide-ranging influence in commercial practice and process within Andor, driving synergy and through it scale.

 

The ideal candidate will identify and drive synergies between all markets and will have the opportunity to exploit existing revenue streams which focus on our Camera, Microscopy Systems, spectrometer and software products.

 

The Regional Head of Sales EMEA will:

  • Graduate in a Business, Physics, Chemistry or Biology related discipline, preferably an advanced degree qualification
  • Relevant senior leadership experience in a country sales management role in a global organization having managed greater than £35M GBP business. 
  • Experience building routes to market and proven track record scaling the business.
  • Be commercially focused with strong leadership and crucially, influencing aptitude and experience, and capable of developing and leading strategic change supporting both Andor and OI group strategy.

 

This position will ideally be based within the UK with regional EMEA travel for at least 30% of time. Germany and France are also possible locations.
