We are looking for a PMO Coordinator to join our Head office IT team based at Tubney Woods Abingdon. The Head office IT function works on a variety of group wide projects supporting what we do and our growth.  

In this role you will report to the Group ERP Project Manager To support IT project management within the group function, coordinating PMO activities, resources, reports, and information.  Actively promoting best practice, and delivering value to the business, effectively, efficiently and to a high standard.

Some of the key areas:


  • This role will coordinate PMO activities, plans, resources, reports, and information,
  • Support Senior Leaders and liaise with them to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives of reports
  • Break tasks down into activities and track to completion
  • Prepare presentations and reports for business leaders (i.e. monthly financials’, project status, executive reports)
  • Track and report on project risks and opportunities
  • Communicate project status to all stakeholders, including business leaders and internal members
  • Facilitate and schedule meetings
  • Use existing tools to support and report on project status and resources: Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Work with local project managers, where they are in post, to ensure project information is collected and reported and Group policies and templates are adhered to

This role is a hybrid role with the main location being Tunney Woods Oxfordshire. We work 8.00 until 4.30 Monday to Thursday and finish at 1.00 on a Friday so you can start your weekend early.
