We have an exciting opportunity available for a Receiving Clerk to support our growing manufacturing business.  The Receiving Clerk will be responsible to receive, inspect and record shipments of raw material or products. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt.
  • Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged.
  • Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.) and received the part in the system.
  • Collaborate with procurement and production staff to process the materials in the shortage materials report.
  • Allocate the raw material, product and returns from the customer (RMA) to their designated place.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory and payments controls.
  • Collaborate with the outgoing shipments and follow packing list to pack the shipments.



  • High school diploma / GED
