Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales & Legal Compliance

- Coordinate and track the execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and other legal contracts.
- Order & Logistics Management
-
- Handle end-to-end order processing and generate Invoices, Packing Lists, and shipping documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for local transportation and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Sample & Technical Asset Tracking

- Manage the lifecycle of Demo Samples and Evaluation Boards (EVB), including dispatch and return tracking.
- Coordinate with FAEs to ensure samples reach customers for testing on schedule.
- Administrative Support

- Manage daily mail delivery, courier services, and document filing.
- Monitor payment status and follow up on overdue accounts receivable.

Professional Skills/ Abilities:
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems. Ensure proficiency, accuracy and organization in managing and maintaining data within systems.
- Experience in sales operations and assisting customer inquiries within the international business environment.
- Familiarity with order processing workflows, shipment tracking, and coordination with regional and global teams.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, for effective collaboration with customers and team members.
Business-level English for handling international contracts and documentation. - Highly process-oriented, with the ability to follow and refine workflows to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Strong analytical skills to compile sales performance reports and to support sales strategies.
- Able to handle multitasking under deadlines while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
