QHSE Coordinator- (FTC)

We are hiring for a QHSE Coordinator who will work in the OI Andor Health & Safety & Facilities Team reporting into the Group Health & Safety Manager. The QHSE Coordinator ensures compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards by:

 

  • Developing and implementing QHSE management systems.
  • Conducting risk assessments and promoting a culture of safety.
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry best practices.
  • Monitoring performance and facilitating audits.
  • Delivering training to support continuous improvement.
  • Safeguarding employee wellbeing and minimising environmental impact.

 

The QHSE Coordinator will have:

  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (Grades A-C) or equivalent
  • IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent Level 2 qualification in OH&S.
  • 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Good working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
  • Competent IT skills with full working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent Level 3 qualification in Occupational Health & Safety is desirable

 

This position is based on site at our Belfast headquarters ; the secondment will last until 31st March 2025 with possibility of extension.
