  • Deliver training, guidance and user support on marketing technology, data management and operational best practice.
  • Manage relationships with relevant technology vendors and support partners.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements that enhance marketing effectiveness, reporting and operational performance.

About you

You will be organised, analytical and curious about how technology can improve marketing performance. You will enjoy solving problems, building relationships and helping colleagues adopt better ways of working.
You will be comfortable balancing effective governance with practical business needs and able to communicate clearly with stakeholders who have different levels of technical knowledge.
You will also be:
  • Collaborative and relationship-focused.
  • Customer and user-focused.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies.
  • A confident communicator and trainer.
  • A pragmatic problem solver with strong attention to detail.

Essential experience and qualifications

You will bring:
  • A degree-level qualification in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least three years’ experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, CRM, marketing automation or customer data management.
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation and customer data platforms.
