- Define and embed a clear Group H&S strategy, with Board‑level visibility, actionable reporting, and measurable progress.
- Drive continuous improvement through a global audit programme—on‑site and remote—and evidence‑based recommendations.
- Strengthen leading indicators and behaviour‑based safety, reducing incidents year after year.
- Enhance operational resilience by maintaining ISO 45001 certification and regularly testing Disaster Recovery plans across our businesses.
What you’ll bring
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum); OSHA 511 or willingness to obtain; Radiation and/or Laser Safety expertise is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation, as well as international experience operating across multiple jurisdictions in high‑tech manufacturing environments.
- The ability to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions—and to influence effectively across functions and seniority levels.
What success looks like
- Fully compliant, audited sites with maintained ISO certifications and robust, tested Disaster Recovery plans.
- Zero serious accidents and a sustained, year‑on‑year reduction in total incidents.
If you’re motivated by purpose, partnership, and delivering meaningful, measurable impact, we’d love to hear from you.
