The Opportunity 

 

This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven sales leader who can transform and elevate service sales across EMEAI. You will take ownership of driving growth across service contracts, renewals and upgrades, while repositioning service from a reactive function to a trusted, revenue-generating partner. We are looking for someone who brings energy, credibility and passion for building a service-led commercial culture.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Lead the transformation of service sales across a multi-country region 

  • Own and deliver revenue growth across service contracts  

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on expansion and retention 

  • Lead and inspire a team of Service Sales Specialists (UK & Germany) 

  • Drive a shift to proactive, value-led service selling 

  • Build strong customer, OEM and partner relationships 

  • Navigate complex markets including France, Germany, UK, Italy and Spain 

  • Use CRM and data insights to improve forecasting and pipeline 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed service commercially

What We’re Looking For 

Experience 

  • Sales leadership in capital equipment or technical environments 

  • Strong track record in service or after-sales revenue growth 

  • Experience leading international teams 

  • Exposure to scientific instrumentation (EM, Raman, NMR desirable) 

  • Proven ability to drive commercial transformation 

 

Capabilities & Style 

  • Highly sales-oriented with strong closing ability 

  • Able to position service as a value-led commercial offering 

  • Inspires and engages teams 

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills 

  • Comfortable in complex, evolving markets
