Proteox is our next generation thinking dilution refrigerator that was launched earlier this year.  We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Technician to join the Proteox production line and work primarily within the test environment.

 

 

The opportunity

 

In this role your focus will be to work in the test environment for our Proteox production line.  This will include setting up your bay ready to assemble and test the products to ensure that they meet the required specifications and fault find any problems.  You will assemble the various components and pre-made sub-assemblies and then follow test processing cards, take measurements, record data and complete test logs.  The tests can be varied in complexity and can last from 2 to 4 weeks. You will also receive training so that you have the required skills and experience to work on other areas of the production line, including build and wiring.

 

About You

 

Ideally you will have previous experience of working with instrumentation in a test role, however experience of mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment is essential. Attention to detail is a must, together with the ability to solve problems and good communication skills. An interest and understanding of physics would be an advantage however training in our technology will be provided.
