Industry Segment Marketing Program Specialist - Materials & Semiconductor

Primary Purpose:

 

China Semi-Conductor & Materials Market analysis, identify key opportunities across Business Units inside Oxford Instruments. Align and collaborate with BU Marketing, Group Marketing, to develop related marketing programs align with industry strategies and work with local marketing communication team to maximize the leads generation result and return of marketing investment (ROMI). Another primary responsibility for this role is work closely with business units for the commercialization process for the NPI including alignment on the value proposition, commercial readiness and introduction plan deployment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Target market analysis, opportunities identifications across business units, align with business target and strategy to develop related industry marketing plans & programs and execute industry segment marketing campaigns.

The job includes but not limited as following:

  • Target market (Materials & Semi-Conductor) sensing and market intelligence
  • Plan and design industry focused campaign, tactics along with company strategy and focus
  • Internal communication and engagement with business units, align with the business objective, contents, and target customer
  • Implement or partner with marketing communication team implement the marketing campaign tactics
  • Communicate, partnership with industry KOL and key accounts
  • Develop, manage industry segment media coverage and customer reach
  • Other tasks assigned by marketing manager

Education / Qualifications:

 

  • Master’s degree in physics, material science or semi-conductor

Professional Skills/ Abilities:

 

  • Above 2 years experiences in related industry segment Instrument related experience is prefer
  • Communication skill
  • Written and oral English & Chinese
