Lead Product Manager (f/m/d)

 

Your Tasks:

 

  • Develop and execute product/segment strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs
  • Equip sales teams with the necessary knowledge and materials to effectively position products
  • Represent customer perspectives within the company, advocating for product success across teams
  • Use market insights and technical expertise to inform and challenge business strategies
  • Manage product lifecycle stages, from conception to end-of-life, and assess market opportunities
  • Lead New Product Development (NPD) processes, including go-to-market planning and risk mitigation
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including OEMs, and align objectives across business functions
  • Act as a product expert, drive marketing campaigns, and enhance Product Management practices

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • MSc or PHD Degree in Material Science, Physics, Chemistry or related subject
  • In-depth experience of RAMAN microscopy and an in-depth knowledge, passion and enthusiasm for microscopy
  • A thorough understanding of a diverse range of applications for RAMAN microscopy and analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and able to clearly articulate complex technical issues.
  • Sound technical knowledge and ability to apply appropriately to customer problems.          
  • Experience in supporting the development of training materials, technical documentation and sales collateral
  • Experienced working across departments and effectively with sales, marketing and development teams
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and a structured way of working
