Key Responsibilities:

1. Agree and delvier on your sales targets, delivering the best solutions for your coustomer.

2. Manage your protfolio of customers. Idnetify new opportunities for targeted products and applications as well as prioritise with exsting

    accounts.

3. Build and manitain close and effective working relationship with key customers at all level through the oganisation.

4. Personally lead major bids and win at best price and terms, supported by other members of the Sales and Applications team as appropriate.

5. Liaise with colleagues across Plasma in order to gain the benefits of common, best practice processes and to exploit cross-selling   

    opportunities.

6. Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff in all functions and areas of the Business. Work particularly closely with Marketing,

   Operations and Customer Support to optimise the introduction of New Products and Offerings.

7. Participate in all relevant Marketing activites on product promotion.

8. Maintain professional awareness of relevant external technical and business developments and competitor activity.

9. Carry out any other tasks that may be reasonably requested by the Company from time to time. 

10. Influence the behavioural safety within the Company through your own example, setting high standards and expectations.

11. Implement the health, safety and enviromental policies, taking appropriate actions to promote relevant continuous improvement.

 

Person Specification:

Education/ Qualifications: 

  • Degree level qualifaiction in relevant scientific discipline, with sales/ marketing specialisation.

 

Professional skills/ Abilities:

  •  Extensive knowledge in sales and account management in high tech/ capital equipment industry, preferably semiconductor related, but at least a broad understanding of the technologies associated with semiconductors. Be familiar with product and process applications. 
  • Have worked and be familiar and comfortable working with customers at all levels through the organisation, from engineer to senior management.

  • Team player - who makes the best use of the contributions that can be made by others, and has the ability to work constructively with others.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and be able to communicate with ease.
  • Able and willing to travel internationally.
